Painting and puppy pools.

It’s hot today. Perfect for drying paint and moving dirt and sand. Lily picked “Robins Egg” and a coral color for her room. The Robins Egg is a bit more Aqua in person, shows up really blue in the pics for some reason. Both girls rooms are almost done now. Next we get to repaint the boys rooms.

Puppy pool fun today....they were not too sure about it quite yet. We also played the scent game again, and walked on a strange surface...Hayden's pitching thingy turned upside down. Almost time for them to start heading to their new homes.

Didn't dig it.

Baya tried out lure coursing today. She is not a big fan so far. We got to take a ferry ride, so that was fun. It was such a nice...and warm day, I’ll take it. 

Who is staying.

It is always so exciting when we get to let the new families know which puppy they are getting. Today we also nailed down which puppy will stay and hopefully fill Kitsune's large paw prints in our small breeding program. Miss Eleven will be staying here with us. It was a tough choice, but ultimately I think she will be a good fit for our family and farm.

 

Pupper tester.

Temperament testing went great. Enzo and Elvis are very similar both higher drive with Enzo just a smidge more crazy. Echo is the highest drive out of the girls, and rivals the boys levels. Evie is in the med + to high range for drive. Eleven is less drivey, not quite as confident, and a bit more interested in hanging with her people than being off causing trouble.

Finally got some sun today. Tomorrow is back to rain, but after that should be a stretch of nice weather. Can't wait.

Shot day, not even a whimper.
