All aboard!

The fam took a lovely trip out to Vashon Island today to pick up our new KuneKune gilt
East Island Farm Jenny - Betty Lou.
The kids loved the ferry ride over, and had a great time playing with Loreens' piglets at their farm.

We told her we were taking a ferry over to an island...I think all she heard was 'island' LOL.

We checked out the little light house and rocky beach on the island. The kids love looking for cool shells and rocks.

Puzzles were set up at a couple of the tables...fun.

The kids school does 1 big school book for the parents and kids to read, then they do a whole school pizza and movie night of that books movie. This year it is Charlotte’s Webb and we were a couple chapters behind so I read to them in the car on our rainy drive home.
