We got rid of the highchairs! Hayden has been a bear about getting in her highchair the last few weeks so we decided it was time to go to boosters. Today was day 1 of our new table and chairs, and the trio's first time in their boosters. It went really well, now I am just wishing we had done this sooner. When I brought them each into the kitchen for breakfast this morning I told each of them there was a surprise waiting for them. Lily went first and when we went into the kitchen I yelled 'surprise,' her eyes got big and she smiled, then she took over the job of yelling 'surprise' to her brother and sister as they entered the kitchen. Hayden was soooo happy to not see her highchair this morning.
We have had a really nice week of weather, for October...in Oregon, this last week. It is supposed to be coming to an end soon so we hit up a park today. The trio had some fun for about an hour, then we headed home for another surprise. Since Chipmunk fever continues to go strong in our home we went ahead and bought both the first and second movies. For a special treat we let the kids eat dinner in the living room while watching the second movie for the first time....they loved it. I really have to get their dance moves on video....they crack us up so much!
