Hayden is spending the week near Seattle for a BBall camp. She was so happy the dorm rooms have their own bathrooms this time. 

It's a good day!

Eekkkk I passed…I bombed the proctor, which tanked the A I had going...but did enough to pass the course. Just the last externship is left and I am DONE!!!  

We have the best vets. Kitty was attacked by a dog, broke his jaw in 3 places. Specialists were unattainable for the owners. Our vets took on this case and gave the owners a little hope. Placed a feeding tube and wired the jaw closed. Fingers crossed kitty can heal.

So many tears through laughter. Thanks Aunt Julie for the hours of fun with the kiddos.

 Jericho: But I feel like I’m going to sneak a cupcake in the night. 

 Me: Thanks for telling me, no middle of the night cupcake…and go brush your teeth.

Amazing kids!

The kids middle school held their awards ceremony today. I had to work but Jason managed to be there and get a couple pics. Hayden ended up bringing home 8 awards. Lily brought home 3, and Xan brought home one. Among their faves….Hayden worked her butt off all year hoping for the Don Rhodes award for Outstanding Achievement as an Athlete. They only give one out per year to an 8th grade girl. Her friend got it last year and Hayden wanted so badly to see her name plaque on the statue. She was so happily shocked when they called her name. Xander, Hayden and Lily all got the Presidential certificate for Outstanding Academic Excellence for holding their GPA between 3.5 to 4.0 all three years of middle school. So unbelievably proud of these three. 

No bullshit.

 

Hayden: Let’s get some ice cream. 

Me: I just worked out for an hour we are not eating ice cream. 

Hayden: Working out means we get to eat junk. 

Me: My body is a temple now, no junk food. 

Hayden: My body plays three sports I can risk it.

Slinky is not the snuggliest cat...she hates this LOL.

Oh dear Lord. Hayden and I joined the gym. I think she may be secretly trying to do me in LOL. Seriously though the kid is strong as heck, I had to lower the weight on so many machines after her turn hahaha.
