Goodbye Wonderland.
The cast did a fabulous job. Lily is sad to say goodbye to another loved character. She hopes to sink herself into something new soon.

Long days at work.
Coco and her sister came to work with me today, a coworker of mine ended up taking the sister home!
Best reason to stay late at work. A end of day emergency C-section, 8 baby Danes…didn’t think all were going to pull through but they did. Great teamwork!Had to miss opening night, can’t wait to see Alice In Wonderland tomorrow. I heard the White Queen was fantastic!

Seriously.
Shingles. Awesome. I have a little rash on my leg and tingly painful skin up my thigh. Looks exactly like pics of early shingles I found on line. Yay my bruise is just about gone, why not shingles on the same leg LOL. No doctor appointments available in the next 2 weeks so a trip to the ER was unavoidable. Got my first dose of the antiviral shingle meds. Came home to this cake thanks to my wonderful children. One pill FIVE times a day for 5 days…that’s going to be hard to remember.
Hayden said she stepped in something. LOL. She painted a smooshed Plankton on the bottom of her shoe.

Helping hands.
Last week our neighbor took Xander with her to help feed the community. “Belly Brigade” has been serving Sunday meals for 5 years now. This week Xander and his siblings showed up to help and Xan insisted his dad make homemade Mac and cheese to bring with. So proud of these kiddos.

Babies.
I was supposed to go riding today, now I’m glad I had to miss it.
Our third girl had a boy today. Even better, looks like I tricked her into accepting the boy born yesterday whose mom doesn’t want him. Goats are not easy to graft, they typically won’t take care of a baby that is not theirs. Best chance is to be there for the does birth of her actual baby and then rub the goo all over the graft baby and present it like it’s hers. Seemed to have worked, I had my fingers crossed it holds. It went our way this time. Maybe too successful. She now wants all the babies LOL.

Fun with Grandma at the Fair.
My kids are so blessed to have an amazing Grandma. This weekend is their annual trip to the Fair with Grandma. They have been going together every year since the trio were 7.

Of course.
The girls are putting in some work on the blackberries today. I noticed we have two more sneaky long yearlings that will be kidding at some point.
As if right on cue, Candy Crush decided to kid.
Skeet came to check on her.
