Ups and downs.

4th round of deworming, 3rd round of dremel...hit a couple quicks this time. No crying...tough pups. Final weights....7 1/2 weeks old Dax 7.6 lbs, Dino 8lbs, Demi 6.6 lbs, Dixie 6.2 lbs, Dove 6.4 lbs, Darcy 6.3 lbs, Deku 5.9 lbs, and the twins Daphne 8.2 lbs and Shrimpy 4.3 lbs.

They survived microchips....no cries, I’m good but these pups are brave.

Kitsune ended up having her pups tonight. Of course one of my goats decided to go into labor at the same time, Jason went out there solo midwifing a goat while I stuck with Kitsune. It took Kitsune 8 HOURS to have 6 pups, sadly we lost the last one. We have never lost a baby before, I know they say breed long enough and you will experience pretty much all the ups and downs. It sucked.
