My little story tellers.

The second graders debuted their very own Fairy Tale stories today. Each kiddo wrote, illustrated and narrated a fairy tale. I love this school, they support and foster all kinds of learning avenues...such a great environment.

Jason and I came and checked out their hard work.

Showing off the castles they helped make.

4H has been going well...really fun for everyone. The always have a good time at the meetings...never know what you will be doing.

Bigger is better, right?!

A mechanics idea of a DIY fidget spinner...and Xander loves it LOL.

Giles, the herd cat.

One of these things is not like the others. Giles has been coming with me during herd patrol. The goats aren't too sure about him...and he isn't too sure about them either. I give it a week and we will all be best buddies.

He is just the coolest guy...I have never really had an outdoor cat before. He just roams around the property all day, usually never straying too far and always comes when I call him. I love me some Mr. Giles.
Yes I took a bunch more pictures today...I'm sure the rain will be back soon enough, can't miss my chances at days like these.

Hayden found another salamander. He is a chill and cooperative dude.

Not a girly girl this one.
He is so handsome!

All my does in a row LOL.
Classy is being a shit head to everyone. She may be up for sale in a couple years if she doesn't knock it off.
The wild feline stalking the prairie.
They will totally stomp you kitty.
Molly...about time for her first shave.

The tiny flowers are so cute...see them one day and they are overshadowed by other plants growing like crazy the next.

Frogs!

The kiddos caught frogs today...better than the time they caught baby mosquitoes, yes you read that right...they caught mosquito larva LOL.
I dig frogs, used to catch them all the time when I was a kid.
Of course they named all 4 of them. I told them they could keep the frogs over night then let them go tomorrow.
Not too sure what kind they are...but they are cute.

This pic cracks me up...Jericho, such a boy. Dirty face and a frog on his head.

Seeing if they found a Prince. Alas they did not.

Sometimes you get lucky and capture a truly epic shot...I think this is one of those. LOVE it!
Summer why can't you come around more often.
