Sold!*

I dropped the kiddos off at school this morning, then Kitsune and I spent some time loitering at the park by ourselves. We decided today would be our last day showing the house, we were standing at 4 offers and had 7 showings scheduled for today. I left a note telling the people looking that we needed their best and final offers in by 5:30 tonight and we would be making our choice at 6pm. I was so glad the end was in sight, today was only day 6 on the market but I am so DONE. In the end we had one more big offer, which we accepted, for $11K over asking! Now everyone cross your fingers that it all goes well and we make it to closing without any hiccups.

Kitsune working on her "wait" command. Not perfect, but she is getting better at it.

I told her to wait, then placed her most prized possession...her ball, up the bridge.
Then I released her and told her to go get it.
She had a lot of fun today.
Went to pick up the kiddos...then headed back to the park again.
Still trying to catch a tadpole...still failing to do so LOL.

Lily Bug is not a fan of frogs I guess...

Jericho's last day of Pre-K is almost here, he helped make his teachers a goodbye gift tonight.

They turned out cute!

Park hoppers.

Another full day spent park hopping while people visit our home. Kitsune looks like she needs coffee as much as I do LOL.

The kiddos have not complained once about all this time at the parks...hmm, must just be me.

Haddie has skills!

Someone else that is not complaining about all this fun at the park.
Jericho wanted to race Kitsune. He had to resort to cheating, only going half the distance before turning back, to even come in a distant second Hahaha.
She is gaining on you dude!!

Best buddies.

My little man has had a bit of a growth spurt, still a bean pole...but now a bean pole that can wear size 5T!
Lily working at the "Slushy Dog"....may I take your order?

Xan is just going to work at being cute...and silly.

This kid is just too handsome...look out ladies! Good thing he also has a heart of gold to go with those baby blues.

Getting tired of this already.

My day started out great...early, but great.

Good morning sunshine. My middle of the night bed hopper strikes again. I don't mind, who would waking up to someone this cute. So unfair, I look like the crypt keeper when I sleep, but this kid looks like a mini Brad Pitt.

Kitsune has graduated to sleeping outside of her crate, I think she likes it.

We had showings almost all day. Stuck in a car for hours I got to hear lots of funny conversations today. One of many...Hayden and Lily were arguing over who is the big sister. Hayden said that she's not a big sister because they are both six, Lily replied but you're taller than me and Hayden told her that's because you were born last. LOL.

We have had some decent offers on the house, but none that have really grabbed us yet. I hope we get it soon, this is getting old.

Show ready and kids do not mix.

A full day of showings booked for today. The house has to be spotless pretty much 24/7, y'all know 4 kids live here right?! We usually do a decent job of keeping things picked up, but these last couple of days I feel like a drill sergeant for sure. I picked the kids up from the bus stop and pretty much got lost for the day. The showings are going well, we got our first offer today...not even 24 hours on the market!

My nature loving kids and I had lots of outdoorsy fun today.

Checking out a massive amount of ants, thank goodness they were nowhere near my house.

Little chicken update...my girls are getting redder in the face, I guess they get more and more red as they near laying age. They are 16 and 17 weeks now, could be a month or less now.

It is still looking like I went 7 for 7 for girls, still no crowing! Of course once we move to my mini farm one of the first things I am doing is buying a few more chicks...including a roo!

Looking so grown up ladies!

Speaking of looking grown up...almost 7 months old, where did my itty puppy go?

Since we had to be out of the house we decided to go find a new park. The kiddos made a B line for this teeter totter made for 4.

Note to self... Next time don't go to a park with a tennis court. Your ball CRAZY Dutchie will not give anyone a moments peace, even after you have worn her out with her own ball....twice.

Sure we can do a noon showing...a fun filled lunch in the park. Wonder how many days of this until I am not having fun anymore? LOL
