Science nerds are the best.

Hayden loves science like I do. She sends me pics when they are doing cool stuff in her BioMed class. They dissected frogs and sequenced DNA. RIP froggies thanks for your sacrifice for science. 

All dolled up.

Hanging out at work today. My little baby is now 33 lbs. She loves all the staff members and is such a good quiet girl in the kennels! 

Xan and Lily Winter Ball bound. Couldn't convince my anti dress up child to go with them. Hopefully next dance Hayden will join them.

Big day.

Today was the Free-Throw-A-Thon for the high school girls. Hayden hit 76 out of 100 free throws and raised $737 for the basketball program!!! Nice shooting kid! Thank you to everyone who donated! 

When you can’t count on your horse to load on schedule, you have to have a chiropractor that comes to you. Cinder was out in both hips, right side C3-C7, left side C4-C7, her poll, and her jaw. Hopefully this gets her body feeling better.

Willow did not get the memo that cats don’t have babies in winter. All should be medium/long hair. The orange and white looks like a boy. The neat strange color tabby looks like a boy. The creams/whites I think are 2 boys 2 girls but I’ll have to keep checking. They will end up lynx or flame pointed most likely. 3 were spoken for before they were 2 hours old LOL.

Her first interview.

The Varsity girls had a big win last night. As a freshman Hayden is still only getting to play about 1/3 of the game...which sucks but not much she can do about it. She is still averaging 10-12 points in most games with limited court time...can't wait to see what she can do when she is actually allowed to play more. Hayden was interviewed about her “dominating defense” by the local news guy after tonight's game. She was so nerded out about getting her first interview, it put a huge smile on her face LOL.

 

Horses and rats.

When your stubborn mare picks a stupid fight with the wrong person. She loses, and ends up sweaty…but still gets some cool down stretching. 

Eleven got to try out Barn Hunt today. She did a great job, if you don’t hold her hard stares trying to silently start shit with other dogs against her LOL.

Melting.

I'm never happy I guess. Hate the snow and ice, but now that it is melting I think I hate the mud returning more LOL. Eda and Freija don't care, they just have fun in whatever weather. 

Edalyn is so hard to get pics of. She never stops moving, and she is one that puts her ears down just when I am about to take the picture LOL. Got a couple today. Eda is a petite little thing, she'll be lucky to hit 50lbs once fully mature I think. She is crazy fast though and so sweet.

Bad weather boredom.

Hayden thinks it funny she still has Doctor appointments in the “baby” room LOL. 

Cinder is not a fan of being cooped up due to this weather either. Tried to run the cranky out of her. Boredom is not a nice mix with a sassy red mare.

Still snowed in.

 Freija is out here having a blast. It is a sheet of ice out there today. Egon and Eda are still the best babysitters. Endless patience for one little demon LOL.

I have neglected taking pics of the other girls. They were feeling left out. Eleven, Kitsune and Eda say we are just as cute as that puppy.
