Sunny days.

Another win for the JV girls today. 

This baby got to enjoy some softball while waiting for her new owners to pick her up. 

Brush those teeth.

Little dog owners plan for yearly dentals. For some reason they seem to build tartar faster than larger dogs. I got to pull teeth today...another fun Tech perk. 

Back on the court.

A couple tough losses today. Hopefully tomorrow goes better. Hayden had a blast being on the court with most of her Varsity team again win or lose. 

More babies today. The last two found a home already, who needs three little girls?

Hits, and misses.

Very close win for JV today, the girls played awesome! 

Ugh the unauthorized babies have started arriving. I planned to skip this year, the buck had other ideas. Two boys today, can go ASAP on the bottle

I did this!

Licensed Techs can do a few things vet assistants can’t. Today I got to induce and intubate a patient. I also got to take care of an abscess, including suturing in a drain. Perfect first day of being a Tech!

 

I passed!

Whew. Done. VTNE passed! This has been a long tough road. I went a little slower than most...but 4 years later I have an Associates degree and my Veterinary Technician License. Whew. Such a relief to be done.

 

Play ball...any ball.

 Softball pics for Hayden. The trio no longer HAVE to do a sport once per year. Hayden participates in enough sports for all three of them. Lily channeled her free time and energy into theatre. Xander is still volunteering his time to help feed the homeless, he usually goes once per week.

The rest of his time is spent on video games LOL. Tonight Xander and Cheesy Poof having quality video game time together.  

It's Showtime!

 Today was the day Lily has been counting down to since Christmas. We hit up Seattle to see Beetlejuice. We stayed at The Paramount which was a 2 min walk from both the theatre and The Cheesecake Factory. Dinner and dessert were delicious. The Show was fantastic...absolutely hilarious. It was such a fun trip, love getting to spend some alone time with my Lily Bug.
