School's out countdown.

Last week of school...lots of fun things planned. Today was anything but a backpack day. Lily Phantom of the Opera, Xan suitcase, Hayden guitar case. Jericho not interested LOL. 

On character day, I present Eliza Hamilton. Thank goodness Lily is not as lame as her siblings, they don’t know how to have fun with dress up.

Biker day at school. Lily stretttchhed it into Sandy from Grease.

Lily’s Dead Trend for school today, she went with one of the girls from Heathers…she is Veronica I think. I love how she is trying to tie in spirit week with theatre she is such a fun kid.

Pup cup and Home Depot trip for Orla.

A Full house.

Orla (“Daphne” Lycan X Baya) We just love this girl! Her co-owner got hurt, so Orla will be staying with us for a while. What's 6 Dutchies in the house...it's controlled chaos LOL.

On with the show. Next up for Lily, Alice In Wonderland. She is super excited to be cast as the White Queen. Show dates 7/28,29,30.

 Lazy morning, Coco hanging out while I drink my coffee and read. I used to be an avid reader, haven't read in years and years. I missed it, so I broke down and bought a Kindle Paper White. I am on my 20th book. I am like a reading fool LOL.

Egon takes his time with his food, deciding to lay right in the middle of the store to eat his treat from the cashier.

Partay.

Divide and conquer again today. I took Hayden to a softball game while Jason took Lily to a dance recital. The dance went great and Hayden hit 1 outfield bomb, and killed it at 1st. After that the trio had their end of 8th grade party at school…last day of school is less than 2 weeks away. 

Coco.

Someone needs to take this kitten before I keep her. I love her little skeleton face. We have started calling her Coco. Eleven loves the babies. The baby is not thrilled LOL. 

Just about that time.

Dropped off Cinder for a couple months of cow fun. Just a couple of kids playing in the sand.

My job rocks!

Got to be part of my first c-section at work. Momma was in unproductive labor for two days. Much longer than recommended. The 8 pups were huge, full of fluid, meconium, sleepy and didn’t look great. With many hands working together for a good 40 minutes we revived 6. I love my job!

 

Dog, and kitten, tired.

8 basketball games in 3 days. Hayden is exhausted but had so much fun. She tussled with the big girls like they weren’t 3 years older than her LOL. She hit the ground a lot but won her share of jump balls. No fear! It is hard work playing against these 16-18 year olds. Some are huge. 

Eleven is in heat...so sad too bad Egon you have to skip play time for a while LOL.

It's a bummer the flies are bothering you Cinder. Next time don't trash your brand new Amigo flysheet and neck cover. Ugh.
