I regret to inform you that I did not win $640 million.

It never fails, just when you are about to toss out some old not used toys, they suddenly fall in love with them again. Meh, who needs a clean living room anyway? Xander is finally playing with all his match box cars too...they are a new hit!

We had a yummy dinner tonight, 3 different Pinterest recipes! It turned out so good, I thought I would share. Haddie was making us laugh tonight. She would get ketchup on her finger, then hold it up telling everyone to "check this out" LOL.

A-1 meatloaf
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided
2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.
RESERVE half the tomato sauce. Mix remaining tomato sauce with remaining ingredients.
PRESS meat mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan.
BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF), draining fat and topping meatloaf with reserved sauce after 50 min. http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/a1-meatloaf-56364.aspx


Cheesy ranch potato bake.
  • 4 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the potatoes in the baking dish. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Evenly distribute the butter over the potatoes.
  3. Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, and mix in the cheese and Ranch dressing. Continue cooking 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Parmesan roasted green beans
What You Need
8 oz of green beans
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese
What To Do
Preheat oven to 400.
In a medium size mixing bowl place green beans ( trim off ends), small amount of oil ( enough to coat beans), pinch of salt and pepper. Mix till everything is covered.
Lay green beans onto a cookie sheet and sprinkle a “healthy” amount of cheese on top
