Lily is 5’6” and Hayden is 5’7 1/4”.
They both had to get a shot. The nurse made Hayden’s day when Hayden took off her sweatshirt to get her shot and the nurse said “wow you have some guns!”
Hayden, in addition to bball, volleyball and softball, has been working with a personal trainer twice a week. When she went to her trainers yesterday she PR’d (personal record) at
170lb dead lifts (3 sets of 3 trap bar)
Bench 105lb (3 sets of 3).
This girl is a beast.
