Baby and chocolate...2 fixes, 1 night.

We had our good friends over for dinner and to visit tonight. The triplets were so excited to see Kenzie, and little Mr. Red Feather, as time got closer and closer they were asking us every 5 min if they were here yet LOL. Kenzie and fam were thoughtful enough to bring Jericho a couple birthday presents...which he had a lot of help opening LOL.

Gangster, AKA the welcome wagon, was very interested in the baby.

Then all the girls, plus G, were checking him out. My 5 year olds are all about college, marriage and babies these days. They better get the order right later LOL.

"No, Mom...we weren't trying to wake him up."
Dinner was yummy...we made a fave, the "skinny" grilled Hawaiian teriyaki burgers, "skinny" fries...and Nick and Lisa brought these two containers over flowing with fruit. My kids...almost single-handedly, demolished every last bit of fruit.

I tried a new dessert. It started out as a "skinny" one...but I tweaked it a bit, but it is still fairly "skinny." Peanut butter no bake cheesecake with a chocolate pudding twist.

You need:
-A graham cracker pie crust (I do not like the taste of the reduced fat ones...so I used the regular, if you want to shave the cals/fat more you can go with the reduced fat option.)
-1/3 cup of peanut butter (you can use a sub like Better N Peanut butter if you want to make this lighter.)
-5 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
-8 oz cool whip free thawed
-1 box of chocolate instant pudding mix
-2 cups fat free milk

Directions:
In a bowl mix the pudding mix with the 2 cups of milk per the box directions. Place in fridge to set up.

In another bowl beat cream cheese and peanut butter together, then fold in the cool whip. Mix until blended and smooth.

Spoon peanut butter mix into the pie crust. Spoon the chocolate pudding on top. Cover and refrigerate until firm...at least 3-4 hours, I chilled mine over night.

Cut into 8 slices, 1 slice is about 330 calories and 14 grams of fat. It was really, REALLY, good :)

After dinner and dessert the baby fun began. Is Gavin not the cutest little guy ever? Haddie isn't looking too bad herself Hehehe. Check out that hair...my babies were always so bald, I love it Hahaha. The trio were so excited, and proud, to get to hold him all by themselves. They did a great job, no "baby down" around here :)

Bug...so happy. I am glad to see it wasn't just my babies that grew so dang fast...why do they do that?!?! How is this cutie 10 weeks old already?

Xan is such a sweetie, he loved holding the baby....even tried to rock him a little and gave him a kiss before giving him back. Red Feather wasn't quite sure about all that but he put up with it really well.

We got to witness the first use of a nose sucking contraption I had never heard of before. Nosefrida The Snotsucker Nasal Aspirator. Literally nose part goes in nose and it is connected to a tube that a parent sucks and the boogies are sucked into a holding area. It is all clean and everything, and it worked really well...but it was so strange LOL. It was too funny to not take a picture or two. The triplets were all up in the mix, they were very curious about just what is going down with the baby LOL.

Hahaha it is never dull when we get together...we love you guys! Must do something again soon :)
