Remodel shopping trip...cha-ching!

We spent 3 hours in Lowe's today...goodness, you can do a lot of damage in 3 hours. We didn't get everything on our list, but we put a damn good dent in it LOL.

Check out took a while.

Hahaha that is a long receipt.

Now where is our ride.

Then we realized we wanted to get a few more things.

A fork lift is helpful when you bought 37 boxes of tile...poor poor trailer.

Hmmm I think $4,500 went way too fast and doesn't look like very much, even though the trailer is freighted LOL....thankfully we got 10% off.

Project start to finish
Walk through.
Day 1 remodel.

Crock pot Orange chicken, thanks Pinterest.
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup orange marmalade
2 cups water
6 green onions
3 Tbs. cornstarch
3/4 cups walnuts,chopped

-Spray the inside of crock pot with non stick cooking spray or use a liner. It will make cleaning much easier. -Place chicken in crock pot and sprinkle with bouillon.
-Blend remaining ingredients except walnuts together and pour over chicken.
-Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours. Add walnuts and continue cooking while making white steamed rice. Serve over cooked rice.
